How to order from us.

To buy a bear or cuddly toy from Cobblestone Bears, just follow the steps below: -

1. Click on the bear or toy you are interested in to see a bigger image and for more details, then decide if you want to give him or her a home.
2. If you do, make a note of the make, name or reference number of the item.
3. Contact Cobblestone Bears by phoning 01606 889192 and check for availability.
4. Ask for the total price payable, including postage and packaging.
5. Provide details of your payment method: credit card, debit card or cheque – please note if you are paying by cheque, the cheque will have to clear through our bank account before your teddy can be sent on his travels.
6. Provide the address details, so that we can book travel arrangements for the bear to be sent – this can either be to your address or we can send direct to your friend or relative if it is a present, along with a message of your choice.
7. Make a note of the Order Reference Number given to you – you will need this to complete the Birth or Adoption Certificate section of this website and in case you have any queries concerning your order.
8. If you would like to have a Birth Certificate or Adoption Certificate for your bear simply fill in the details in this section of the website and they will be sent with your bear.

Relax and wait for your new arrival – remember it will need to be signed for.
